Doubt raised over young drivers shake-up as new Government refuses to confirm plans for Green Paper
A MAJOR shake-up of the learner and licensing system that was expected to cut road crashes and insurance premiums for young drivers is in doubt after the new Government refused to confirm it had any plans to publish a long-awaited Green Paper on the issue.
Figures show more motorways have been built
New figures show Britain’s motorway network has grown by just 54 miles since David Cameron became Prime Minister in 2010.
