New Cardiff cycle tracks planned as part of £21m plans to clean up capital's air
Major changes to the way motorists use Cardiff city centre are set to form part of £21m plans to clean up the capital's air. The final plan aiming to reduce dangerous levels of air pollution, cut congestion, improve road links, and improve both public transport and cycling infrastructure in the city centre is set to be approved by Cardiff council.

Peeved at having to pay £3.50 to go a few short miles into town, I tweeted a picture of my ticket and pointed out that the same journey would have cost £1.50 in London.
