Construction work on High Speed 2’s (HS2’s) Old Oak Common station in West London is now shifting focus towards excavation and preparing the site for tunnelling following completion of the station’s box structure.

Recovery funding for bus services in Wales extended into 2023

Bus services in Wales will receive further recovery funding to the end of the current financial year in April 2023, the Welsh Government has announced. The overall package is worth £48m and it has been welcomed by representatives of the sector.

  • Ipswich Buses goes cloud-native with OptibusFollowing the launch of Optibus’ Operations module, the transport management software provider has announced that municipal bus operator Ipswich Buses will use Optibus’ cloud-native software for all planning, scheduling, and rostering needs. The operator will also be one of the first in the UK to implement Optibus’ new real-time Operations module.
