News: Floods wreak havoc as bridges are damaged and trains delayed
Torrential rain has damaged several parts of the rail network. The areas worst affected are the north of England and north Wales, but a bridge failure in south west London has meant emergency arrangements have been necessary for thousands of fans heading to tomorrow's rugby international at Twickenham.
