PRIME Minister David Cameron is still refusing to change a decision to deny Bombardier a £1.4 billion rail contract that could save thousands of jobs. In a letter to Derby North MP Chris Williamson, Mr Cameron said that reviewing the Thameslink deal would "not help Bombardier".
