Only a four-runway airport in London will provide enough vital trade connections to fast-growing emerging markets, according to research published by Boris Johnson.
Translink unveils new journey app
Bus and rail passengers throughout Northern Ireland can plan their journey from their mobile device with the launch of a new Journey Planner App. It can be downloaded for free from the Translink website, Google Play or Apple Store. Catherine Mason, Translink chief executive said that the app also offers improved timetable options.
Radlett rail freight firm fail to force a decision
A LEGAL bid by rail freight developers Helioslough to force the Secretary of State to make a final decision on the scheme has failed. Helioslough, which wants to develop Radlett Airfield in Park Street into a massive Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (SRFI), had applied for a Judicial Review in an attempt to make Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Eric Pickles, reach a final ruling following the most recent appeal into the controversial scheme.
