Ryanair to end 'abrupt culture'

Ryanair is to reform its "abrupt culture", chief executive Michael O'Leary says. Speaking to shareholders at its annual general meeting, Mr O'Leary said: "We should try to eliminate things that unnecessarily" annoy customers.
