Therefore it is welcome that the Secretary of State for Transport, Chris Grayling, has made clear he will “not rule anything out” in terms of introducing new anti-strike laws. Despite the fact that Number 10 is reportedly less keen on legislation, it makes sense to think about what legislation would be sensible and make the case for it now.
