  • Arriva makes surprise exit from Welsh competition Arriva has decided to withdraw from the competition to run the next Wales & Borders franchise. Arriva had been one of four shortlisted bidders. The others are Abellio Rail Cymru, KeolisAmey and MTR Corporation (Cymru) Ltd.
