Lumo plans new Cardiff to York route in latest round of applications to ORR

Open access operator Lumo has applied to the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) to operate a new route between Cardiff and York.

First said it was the ‘first phase’ of three separate applications which it will be making to the regulator.
