Air routes from Belfast to London Heathrow could be ringfenced to protect regional services, the UK Transport Minister has said.

Rail services plan to be outlined

Scottish Transport Minister Keith Brown is due to outline his plans for train services, ahead of the current rail contract ending in 2014.
