  • RHA says Forth Road Bridge closure is to cost haulage industryAlthough operators of the Forth Road Bridge are to trial the reintroduction of HGVs, the Road Haulage Association has said it is disappointed that the length of trials is yet to be decided. The trials will only allow a limited number of HGVs to cross the bridge and they will only be allowed to do so on its northbound section. The bridge's operators have said that the weather will indicate whether the trials will be able to go ahead.
