Thomas Cook pilots will strike for three more days this month and next if talks next week fail to resolve a pay dispute, their union said. They staged a 12-hour walkout yesterday in what is claimed to be a first by British pilots in 40 years. “There is still a significant gap between us and Thomas Cook,” Brian Strutton, of the British Airline Pilots’ Association, said. However, Thomas Cook insisted: “We have set out a fair pay increase.”
